Eliza Callard is a product of the Philly public schools and Skidmore College. She spends her time urban hiking, reading, napping, and taking care of her Cystic Fibrosis. She lives with her family (some furrier than others) in the Germantown neighborhood of her beloved hometown.
She won an Honorable Mention for her poem "Past Lives" from the The Westmoreland Arts & Heritage Festival in Pennsylvania.
She won the Judge's Choice award for "Blood Sestina" from the 2010 Patient Press, LLC, Cystic Fibrosis poetry competition.
